The Seattle Tacoma Airport – SeaTac (SEA) is the closest airport to the Norwegian Terminal, with a distance of 15 miles, and would take approximately minutes to reach pier 66. Most of these hotels also provide transfer to the port (paid) which can take the hassle off of arranging transportation.
